The Black Dragon is the expression of pronounced body, complexity, flavor, with a crisp finish. Brewed from the new rice variety Hyogonishiki. It features an elegantly Karakuchi profile with hints of umami along with fruit characters. Black Dragon is a dry sake with a clean finish. Goes well with vinegared dishes, saba and sashimi, chicken cordon bleu,
sole fillet and dimsum.
