The first thing that catches the eye of Nikka Single Malt Yoichi Apple Brandy Wood Finish is golden, intense, very attractive

When served in a glass and left to air, the aromas it gives off are rich, deep, with hints of apple, very aromatic and contrasting

Finally, it is elegant and complex on the palate. Powerful and slightly fruity with notes of caramel. The finish is long and balanced.

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the love affair between Nikka's founder, Masataka Taketsuru and Rita Cowan, Nikka has released two Special Editions of her Single Malt Apple Brandy Cask, this time Yoichi, and the brand's Miyagikyo distillery. Two whiskies of the highest quality and whose low production levels mean that they have a very high market price.
